For which purpose do we process your personal data?

 

In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 679/2026 and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data you provide us and those generated during the development of a relationship with you, are processed for the following purposes:

• Respond to the requests you make to us
• Provide you with information about VALVER SLU products, consenting to do so, in sending commercial communications by email or by any other equivalent means of electronic communication (such as SMS) that you have provided us
• Allow your participation in sweepstakes and or commercial promotions
• If you send us a Curriculum, that your candidacy is valued in the realization of personnel selection processes. In this case you must indicate the VALVER SLU center or centers in which you would be interested in working.
• The sending of communications by any means that you have provided us, related to the activities developed by the entity and that may be of interest to you.
• The response to queries, complaints and suggestions, and the realization of all kinds of communication actions.
• The accounting, fiscal and administrative management of the entity.

How long will we keep your data for?

 

The personal data provided will be kept as long as its deletion is not requested by the interested person, or who legally acts as its legal representative and this proceeds, and as long as they are necessary - including the need to keep them during the applicable limitation periods - or relevant for the purpose for which they were collected or registered.

The conservation of the data will be conditioned to the legal obligation that VALVER SLU has to keep them.
